Shipping Information

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Our preferred method shipping is UPS Ground for orders being shipped within the continental United States and USPS for all other orders. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call our toll-free number: 1-877-847-3238 (877-THREAD-U) for any special shipping requests.

Out-of stock items

On occasion, we are out of stock on certain items due to demand. Orders with out of stock items will remain pending until all items are available for shipping, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Return Information

Please inspect your order carefully. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery for credit or exchange. Defective item must be returned with its original packaging and packing slip.

 

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

If you are not satisfied with your Threader®LUX Hair Removal Kit and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping, please e-mail: orders@karmissie.com

 

An additional 15% restocking fee will be charged for all orders returned without the original packaging or if products are not returned in its original condition. Upon receipt of the product, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from our website.

Please note that Karmissie does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following:

 

  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior
  • Packages missing kit components
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  • Shipping charges

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Karmissie does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund.

 

We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Karmissie, LLC, Attn: Order and Returns or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
